what to give a 1-year old

We went to my friend's little guy's first birthday party the other day. As I thought of a simple gift to get/make, beanbags came to mind. My mom has little beanbags hanging around the house and they are so fun to try to juggle with, toss at a partner, or just toss in the air and catch by yourself. Kids of all ages would love to get these little beanbags and they took about 30 minutes and were made with things found around the house. Plus they turned out really cute!
