Summer scarf...what?

One thing I really miss about the winter months is the ability to throw on a scarf with any outfit I'm wearing. I love scarves. They can dress up the most boring shirt or jacket. So I was very excited to find this fun tutorial for a spring/summer scarf. It took less than an hour to make and I definitely plan on making more.
